Return and Refund Policy
To return a product, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number in the guaranteed return period for the product. We do not accept returns without prior authorization and a valid RMA number. Once the RMA numbers are issued the customers have to ship the products back within one week and are responsible for return shipping costs.
NOTE: CUSTOM, COMMERCIAL, SPECIAL OR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. STANDBY GENERATORS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
We have a 30-day return and exchange policy for residential products, no returns for commercial ptoducts.
Please, keep in mind that when residential products are returned the return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
The following condition applies to residential products only: all unopened items in the original packaging can be returned within 7 days with a full refund with return authorization. After one week, customers returning terminals in original and unopened packages will receive 80% of the price paid. Within 30 days of purchase, customers returning products in unopened and original boxes will receive 50% of the price paid. No returns after this time will be accepted without prior authorization.
