A note from the Owner-Licensee

I started Bernardi Electric, Inc. in 1993 after obtaining my Master Electrician License from the City Of New York. At that time I had over 11 years of training. Since then I never advertised other than a mild and conservative sign on my truck which only brought me 1-3 customers that I know of, the rest were from recommendations. The reason why I mention this is because I am very proud of succeeding from just recommendations. It says a lot of the quality and service that my men and I provide to my customers. When we do a job, we do it with great care as if it was our own property. We work very well with customers, architects and general contractors to make sure the job is done right. The most common complement I receive from a customer is how neat and well my men work and treat them. I back up my jobs, what I promise is what I deliver, I stick to my word unlike others. Maybe the difference is that I'm not out just for the quick buck I'm here for the long run. Keeping a customer happy makes me very happy.
